Been taken off the register and can’t get and appointment anywhere wasn’t even notified that I was being taken off no email text nothing and all people say is because of Covid (great excuse). So now struggling to get anywhere to have my wisdom teeth checked out.

Went on the 22nd October for some moulds done I told my dentist I needed my crown to be the same size as my old tooth as I have a retainer from previously having braces.On the 25th October I have my crown fitted which I went home and my retainer didn’t fit and then couldn’t do anything until Monday. I had to go 3 day with out using my retainer what I need to wear every day.So I then rang on the 28th October and explained that my tooth is too big and my retainer doesn’t fit so I got seen on the same day .Sat in the chair showed her my retainer and tooth and she started to grind my retainer which I thought she was just making more room so the tooth would fit but no I was wrong she completely grinned my retainer straight though (she didn’t ask me if that was okay)so I have a big hole in it so my tooth would fit though I have nothing supporting the tooth.Then she turned round and said I need a new retainer that would cost £70!!!!

Been going here for a few years now and I have to say how lovely all the staff are .the receptionists are very friendly the dentist's always put you at ease and explain everything and it's just lovely all-round

My husband and I have been patients here for around 15 years. Reception staff are friendly and keep good contact. Our particular dentist is James, who we have seen for quite a few years now. He is excellent. Very professional and caring. I would not want to go anywhere else and would definitely recommend.

The service and care demonstrated was excellent .This was demonstrated from the minute I knocked on the door and the way in which cleaning was performed to keep all surfaces clean.This included cleaning door handles,seats ,sanitizers pumps. The dentist was able to give me a filling for a cavity and provided and helpful tips on how I could prevent further damage to a very small cavity which did not require any intervention.Please note this was the first time I had visited the dentist since the COVID pandemic began.I felt very safe . The care and attention to social distancing ,wearing of the masks showed how much they wanted their patients to feel safe. Thank you for your kindness and consideration . Well done.Excellent work .

Friendly and lovely staff. I'd certainly recommend this practice to anyone that needs a dentist.

Extremely pleasant staff throughout the practice. You are guided through the visit from start to finish. I felt listen to and my wishes we were respected. Couldn’t fault them at all.
