Simply Beautiful Floors

We called into the showroom last month to browse the flooring on offer and there was so much to chose from. Karndean, laminates, carpets and vinyls. Peter and Gary were so helpful as we didn't take any measurements, as we were only browsing. However such is the service here, both Gary and Peter located our new build property online and retrieved the measurements in order to give us an accurate estimate for a number of carpet, karndean and vinyl prices and they emailed me an hour later with an estimate. Through the entire process this company have shown supreme excellence from their excellent showroom to the final fit. The fitting lads are fantastic too and everyone here made us feel comfortable and went to every length to make us happy. Thank you to all at simply beautiful floors. Your service is exemplary. Third time using Simply Beautiful, Absolutely excellent from start to finish. Showroom perfect for deciding and exceptional knowledge in the products.I think it's a great price also, really finishes a room off. Great fitters, house left spotless.Well done Chaps.

From our first visit to the shop we were advised and assisted throughout, time was taken to ensure our choice of flooring worked well with our decor and furnishings.The fitters did a very professional job of laying the hall flooring and also refitting of the stair carpet. We are extremely pleased with our new flooring and would be more than happy to recommend Simply Beautiful Floors.....Thank you!

Avoid. Very rude staff and overpriced. I had Gary come to my house and give me a quote on a simple job of laying non-adhesive karndean flooring over existing floor tiles which did not need to be removed. When I looked at the actual price of the flooring panels themselves online, I worked out he had charged me a labour cost of over £700 and very politely asked if there was something that could be done about the price as it seemed extremely excessive. I received this reply from Gary: I have costed the work that is the final price .please get somebody else to do the work". Absolutely needless and embarrassing reply from a seemingly professional company."

I had my kitchen/dining room floor fitted by simply beautiful floors on 30/10/17. Ican't praise them enough. The staff in store were very helpful and the the 2 fitters were very professional and worked really hard. The finish is so neat and looks wonderful. Would definitely recommend them. 10/10.

Fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly customer service! Had carpet, Karndean and cushioned floor fitted throughout the whole house and couldn't be happier. Solved problems with fitting (linked to the house, not Simply Beautiful) immediately and we have been left with an excellent finish for a good price. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Well where do I begin? From walking into the showroom & greeted by the wonderful Peter & Gary the experience continued to get better & better. So helpful & informative & patient!! I have the most beautiful floor. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble. Darren, Craig & Alan (fitters) were very professional & most of all clean & tidy. Absolutely brilliant Aftersales response - It has been over 4 months since we have the Karndean flooring and carpets in the whole installed by Peter - Gary and the team. I was extremely proud of the job they had done but the aftercare response has really blown me away. Whenever we have needed them, they have responded and called out. We did not put door strips in the bathrooms as they needed tiling. We had the bathroom floors tiled 6 months later. But the door strips were still left. Gary and Peter not only went the extra mile they turned up 48 hours after the call turned up 6 months later and refitted the door plates for us. This is what you call looking after your customer. I would recommend these guys to everyone I know, they really do pride themselves in looking after their clients and go the extra mile. Thank you Gary & Peter.

I visited Simply Beautiful Floors and the gentleman was kind enough to show me some samples of their Karndean flooring even though I was out of their area for fitting. It was so kind to go to the effort knowing I wouldn’t be able to make a purchase. The customer service was great and if I could I would be going with this business
