Happy Dogs & Cats

First time using this groomers. Excellent andfriendly caring staff. We have returned home with a very clean, shiny & happy flat coat. Did exactly what i wanted ..highly recommended. Thank-you

A very knowledgeable lady. She was really good with my disabled elderly cat. She was patient with her as she's never been to a groomers before and was very gentle with her. My cat is much more comfortable now and looks much happier. Safe to say she's forgiven me for taking her to the groomers.

I get my dogs teeth done here, it's only a small shop but has very friendly staff and my dogs teeth are perfect now. Definitely recommend this place.

Years of brilliant service. Dogs always look and smell fresh expertly cut and groomed. Thanks Lynn and Peter from Smokee and bella . just to add, the dogs are always well cared for at Happy Dogs. Grooming day is like a day trip out for the dogs. I just mention happy dogs and they know where they are going. It's best to book ahead as it's very busy most of the time. If you get the voicemail always leave a message as Peter or Lynn always return a call. I had the same experience years ago with one dog actually being cut on his skin in several places before we came to Happy Dogs.June 2020- having missed out on 2 grooming days(usually every 6 weeks) returned this week and the dogs look as good as ever, thanks Lyn and Peter x.

Took our two cats yesterday for their nails trimmed. The cats are usually nervous around people they don’t know but Lyn was so professional and calmed our cats down before trimming their nails. Her love for all animals is paramount. Would highly recommend

First class service, staff very friendly and caring, bathed, trimmed, nails and ears all done and our dog smells wonderful. Very pleased

What a shambles this place is how this place is still open I will never knowThe women was so rude what a witch had my dog for 4 hours and come out like nothing had been done it was all wonky everytime I rang up to collect her she said my dog still hasn’t been done and was so rude never ever take your dog there the shop is so scruffy and dirty utter utter shambles of a business

Great service, they go above and beyond for us. I know our dog is happy to go there. They are very knowledgeable and experienced in what they do.

Our rescue dog is terribly anxious and finds grooming traumatic. Lynn was so kind, calm and patient with her that she actually started to settle. It took two visits to tackle her aversion to clippers but the price was more than reasonable and she looked lovely. Lynn is definitely a dog whisperer! Fantastic!

First time using Happy Dogs and Cats after many years using a different groomers. I will definitely go back here again. Lovely staff who are welcoming and friendly. They clearly love the job they do and really care about your dog feeling happy and comfortable whilst in their care. My dog smelt and looked beautiful when I collected her.
