It has been a pleasure to have the Natural Windows team work in my house. They fitted all my sash windows a while ago, and carried out some maintenance work more recently. The product is very good and value too. The fitters are professional, charming and polite, a credit to their company and an example to follow in the business. What more can I say, thank you Natural Windows!

Natural Windows installed a large set of beautifully crafted Edwardian style replacement French doors early this year, the next in a series of window and door replacements we have been undertaking throughout the house for about the last 5 years or so. The whole process from quotation, order placement, meticulously clean installation and customer care could not be faulted and was as professional as it was 5 years ago.

Installed Sash windows, I had 6 windows installed the team was great, they prepared the rooms first, had floor and furniture all protected thenreplaced all the windows on day one and came back second day and did all the finishing. This is the second house where we have contracted Natural Windows to replace all the windows and doors (24 units this time). They are thorough and professional. Both times, our address was in a conservation area requiring traditional designs to be replicated. They carry-out a detailed survey to ensure that the windows are manufactured to exact dimensions with minimum tolerances. They revisited to check the dimensions on a particularly difficult box window. This gives good tight fitting windows with the maximum amount of glazing. They install when they say they will and on both occasions, the installation teams not only fitted the windows but ensured that the surrounds were finished-off and the internals and externals made good. The quality of the windows themselves is outstanding and they look superb. Both installation teams were perfectionists motivated by quality rather than completing as quickly as possible and leave the site clean and tidy. And to cap it all, all this at a competitive price. I cannot recommend Natural Windows more strongly - which is why I went back to them again!

One of the few companies in London which could fit their excellent, high-quality double-glazed wooden windows in our 8th floor mansion flat without scaffolding. The two-man installation team were right on time, professional, tidy and polite. Highly recommended!

I used Natural Windows to fabricate and install ten sets of replacement sash windows with customised glazing to my requirements.This was undertaken by an incredibly tidy and neat team, who expedited the install to minimise any disruption. Absolutely everything was sheeted off to protect furniture and carpets throughout.Great team and a very professional install.Not the cheapest quote by any means, but quality never is and I’m pleased that I went with them in the end.Hope to use them again in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We got two windows installed at my mother's flat. The team at Natural Windows were incredibly professional from the moment we reached out, answering all our questions and keeping us informed. On the day they installed both windows really quickly and we are massively impressed with how they look. One of the windows was to be installed in the bathroom and we were worried they'd have to remove tiling to do it - amazingly, they were able to fit it without removing any tiles! Really pleased with the outcome, and would absolutely hire them again if we needed any other windows fitted.

Natural Windows installed a hardwood front door for me in April 2023. A new front door is a major expense and I spent quite a bit of time getting quotes from different suppliers. I felt comfortable with Natural Windows from the start and I am delighted with the finished product. They were professional, responsive, courteous and reliable at every stage. I am very happy to recommend them and have every intention of using them again.

We had one large window and one back door replaced and installed with Natural Windows. Overall it was a good experience and we would use them again. The installation team was exceptional - incredibly tidy, quick and lovely to have around. They did an amazing job of the fitting and we are really happy.On the downside, the communication from the office administrator wasn't great at times and we ended up with a very long wait (3-4 weeks due to a holiday) for a surveyor to come out and measure up, followed by almost 5 months waiting for them to be fabricated - all the time without a window, despite Natural Windows originally saying it would only take up to 10 weeks.
