Very pleasant experience and great customer service. Managed to get a quick last minute appointment for an ear health check as suspected I had a blockage. Shelley managed to remove the ear wax there and then at the same appointment quickly and effectively. Price is very reasonable compared to others out there and lots of availability for soon appointments. Would visit again. Thank you Shelley!

Brilliant service, my ears feel much better and Shelley was really informative about how to keep my ears in good health. I still have some ringing in my right ear but I think that this is a bigger issue that just wax, so I'll seek advice from my doctor first.

Was able to book an appointment and be seen within a week.I went in for a health check up and ear wax removal, however the removal was not deemed neccessary, so I was only charged for the examination.Shelley was clear and professional, and offered good advice for my situation.
