We can't reccomend this company enough, they were brilliant from start to finish. We had a boiler and tank conversion to a combi boiler, top floor flat, not the easiest of jobs but they made it feel like a breeze.Ricky was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, he came in and did a survey, gave us various well priced quotes for different boilers and options and explained them all to us. We chose one and it was booked in only a couple of days later.John and Alfie came to fit it, they were lovely guys who were very respectful of their surroundings, cleaned up after themselves every day, really friendly, made sure we were aware of what they were doing and were happy with it, asked us which way we preferred the pipes to run etc... The pipes put in were extremely neat and tidy, John put them as hidden as possible and we were really happy, it looks great!Fantastic company and group of people, thank you so much!!!

Pure Heating have provided a really positive experience in selecting, quoting and installing our Viessmann 111w boiler. Just 4 days from asking for a quote, through survey, receiving quote, approving same, to having the unit installed. They are a great team and worked for nearly 12 hours on a Saturday to complete the works. Sam and Ricky worked tirelessly and with great humour, lots of coffee and the odd cheese sandwich. Very impressed with this company and recommend to anyone looking for a new heating install.

Ricky came and did the presentation, he explained everything fully and answered all of the questions we had. Then John and Tim did the installation and they were brilliant they answered my questions at every point they were polite and helpful and amazingly professional. I would totally recommend pure heating solutions Ltd to anyone, a gem of a company who are complete professionals and give fair and honest advice as well as outstanding service .
