Little North Field

We are not campers but our daughter and her family love camping all over the world! This was a fabulous compromise! We loved the home comforts but also loved the outdoor living. We had a great holiday. The Grandchildren loved the cinema night in our tent and Fountains Abbey. Our dogs loved the freedom and comfort of the outdoors with their family. So much to do here and Catherine and her family are a great support. All my friends are looking to go to Little Northfields!!

A beautiful place to relax and unwind. Beautiful huts to book from different size to accommodate your party. And a few miles to many loations around the Harrogate area.

Had a lovely stay this weekend in the hedgehog tent, we were 4 adults and a baby in a travel cot, plenty of room for us all and more than enough space for the travel cot, the place was lovely decorated and the attention to details was brilliant, the little extra made the stay even more special, close location to Harrogate, Knaresbrough, Fountains Abbey, there is also a really nice outside area with outdoor seating, highly recommend and will definitely stay again, thank you for a lovely stay!

Absolutely beautiful stay in a gorgeous setting. We loved the wholesome interior, the attention to detail, how clean it was, the fact that there was no TV or internet signal so that the kids had to play outside and get lots of fresh air and be active! It was well kitted out with kitchen accessories, the beds were comfy and the bedding smelled lovely! It was just beautiful! It is also very close to some great attractions/tourist spots.

Catherine is a fabulous host who really made us welcome. The Safari tents at Little North Field are amazing, cosy and have every amenity you could need. There are so many thoughtful and nice touches that the hosts have provided.The site is in a great location with lots to do in the local Yorkshire countryside.We traveled with three kids under the age of 6 and they all loved it! They didn’t want to leave. The sleeping arrangements of a double lower and single upper bunk bed was perfect for them.Do not hesitate to book this special place, you won’t regret it and will want to come back again and again. Hosts Catherine and Tim were very welcoming and helpful. The safari tents are brilliant and warm as toast with the log burner on.The kids (9 and 4) loved it. A nice touch was a pumpkin and carving tools. Plenty to do in the area we had a great afternoon at Brimham Rocks. We’ll definitely be returning for a second visit.

We have stayed at Little North Field on 2 occasions now and can say we have always had a wonderful time. The tents are spotlessly clean, cosy when the fire is lit, very well supplied will all you need for the stay. We stayed over Easter ans had the most adorable little Easter basket for the children left as a surprise. With only 3 tents it's a peaceful and spacious location with beautiful views of a small pond, streams and summer house. We shall be returning again soon!
