Very pleased with massage by Matt. I had an injury and was running a half marathon in a few days. He checked out my hamstring, gave me a massage, together with exercises to strengthen my hamstring. He reassured me that my plan to run was reasonable. I ran the Cardiff half and completed the event, very happy.

Matt was very knowledgeable and figured out the causes of my pain after a short chat about my symptoms. The massage helped ease the pain and he recommended exercises which seem to be helping also. I definitely recommend him.

Matt helped me with a tendonitis problem. He gave me plenty of advise and help to deal with it, whilst also being honest about where I could probably do with further examination by a different specialist. I had complete confidence in Matt throughout.Matt on top of that was also a great person to talk to, we had great conversation and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Treatment Room.

Had a painful stiff upper right back shoulder area. After a couple of weeks I decided it was not going away on its own so i booked in with Matt for a massage session.He was excellent and a couple of days after just one session, the pain and discomfort had all but gone. Two months later and all is still good.Would recommend Matt wholeheartedly to anyone that needs sports type massage for strains pains or similar such issues.

Matt gives the best sports massages! I could run painless after only one session with him. He explained why I had all my aches and pains and what I could continue to do, post massage, to prevent them reoccurring. Will be going monthly definitely. Thank you very much!

Matt is great! I have seen Matt a few times for pain in my back due to working posture. I’d been in agony for a couple weeks but after seeing Matt for one session the pain massively reduced. I will continue to see Matt regularly to keep on top of it and hopefully prevent further injuries. He is also very friendly and informative. Thank you!

Matt is excellent. He really listened and looked at my body to understand what was going on. I've seen a fair few therapists over the years due to my back problems and although i know it cant be cured Matt has given me the tools to manage my symptoms better than any of my previous attempts with other therapists.
