Daisy's Nail Spa

I made an appointment for 2pm, got seen at 2:30pm, I had another appointment somewhere at 3:30pm and i had asked if I would make it and with his response was “yes”, to then he got up mid way through my nails and attended to someone else? Considering I was booked in before that person I was quite angry. I was quoted £30 on the phone and when I went to pay he said £43, I said i’m not paying that and explained why and got only £3 off? Considering I missed my other appointment and my nails took 2 hours 15 minutes for infill french tip which has taken 45mins-1 hour in the past and has done equally the same job, I’ve been cut on my thumb and pinky nail from the drill, which are now both bleeding. I will not be coming back as this is the second time this has happened now. Sort the time management out!

After booking the appointment, i been told dont have time for me and send to a different salon where no availability, after going back to clarify things, doors were closed and locked. Very disappointing

Wanted to take my lady before holiday to manicure, came 10 mins before (prebooked) came inside and everything is busy, waited for 20 min extra, still only half process was done while we we're waiting, very unprofessional to allow bookings but they seem useless here, 2 workers in the Middle of process can just stand up and walk around multiple times, could make their job faster, have loud conversations behind in their shelf, don't recommend if you cherish you're time. Unprofessional.

I went there and asked for natural look nails and came out looking so false! She bearly spoke English! Not happy and cost me £35 I was in a rush and after looking my 2 thumbs are wonky also.

Best nail shop in boston. Very welcoming and will do your nails exactly how you want them. Daisy is the only one that's done my nails perfect, and it's the first time I've left a nail bar completely happy

Lovely lovely ladies that work there. Always get exactly what i ask for and always very impressed with my nails. Huge array of colours to choose from and nail art designs available if that's what you like. Highly recommend this place. X
