Couldnt tell you how good the place is they took full payment up front then said our records were wrong for our cats inoculations and the day before we were due to fly on holiday the old man said he wouldnt be taking our cat at all and was quite rude in telling me there would be no refund . . . Is this place a scam ?

A Rather rude man answered the phone. I asked to confirm if they were local to kings norton and he replied as though I were the police asking a question. I had found a little cat, scared, lost, and being bullied by other cats, I was unable to find the owner, so thought I’d take care of her myself. i needed to board the cat for a few days as I’ll be on holiday. He asked if the cat had injections, I wasn’t sure as I’d just found it a few days earlier. He said she couldn’t stay. Ok, so I guess I have to put her up for adoption, as I can’t leave her alone for two weeks. I asked where I could take her, who could help find her a new home, but he just rudely replied I don’t know! No care or compassion in his voice. He was very unhelpful. I don’t care if you’ve had a bad day, you must show love and compassion for animals.

Booked a last minute holiday due to sad family circumstances...all local catteries fully booked... found this on the internet. Left Bella there for 8 nights... very pleased, not a single complaint. We were even sent a video of Bella whilst away that put our minds at ease. I would definitely recommend and would definitely use again even though it is far out.

Our cat loves staying here.Staff are super friendly and do everything to make your cat feel at home. Each cat has their own space. It’s warm, clean and they have room for their own scratching posts and toys.My cat comes back fat and happy.

I just spoke to someone on the phone about my nearly 5 months old kitten and the man who I spoke to was so rude told me that they couldn't have my kitten because he would smell and that he hasn't been neutered I'm not being funny but I got told by the vets he wasn't aloud to be neutered until the 1st week in October. Not impressed at all

Have left my cat here twice within the last 6-7 weeks now and the staff, facilities and helpfulness of the staff is absolutely brilliant. Lovely clean place and you can tell the staff love doing what they're doing. It's abit of a drive from home but it's worth the drive out. Booking is really simple and I've always got the dates I wanted. Even got videos/pictures of my cat whilst on holiday!!

The loveliest cattery possible. My cat is a bit anxious so I'm a little nervous about leaving him - however I would trust them implicitly. They have lovely pens for the cats and take fantastic care of them - at this stage I wouldn't take my cat anywhere else!
