Would give 0 stars if I could. Went in with a portable harddrive which wasn't functioning. Firstly he was very rude and the smell of cigarette smoke was unbearable. Before even looking at it he said we would be better off throwing it in the bin and forgetting about everything on there. He told us how long he had been in the industry and knows everything- very cocky and up himself. He said it would cost at least £250 to fix. We went to another store down the road who were kind and friendly and restored the drive for £80. Avoid PC healthcare at all costs

The guy there was very rude. The way he spoke to my friend was not okay.Go to Rapod PC, the people there are the friendly and it won't charge you extra.
