Seems to be taking a long time to get repairs etc done. Not very happy with service to be honest. Staff are friendly but it's like pulling teeth to get a quick turnaround especially when you have acquired a car from u can(bripark)

These guys defo deserve a 5 star from me, another garage had to do some work on my car and they miss diagnosed my car and kept taking a lot of money off me for different diagnosis and it was never ending, costing me hundreds of pounds each time and my car still wasn’t drivable a week or so later. I had enough of these cowboys, JB motors had a look at my car communicated in a very friendly manner every step of the way what they was doing, quoted a price that was good considering they had to clean up somebody else’s mess and within 2 days I was back on the road and my car feels bran new.Thank you guys.

One of the biggest scamer in the bilston..Went there for my car MOT which is nearly new car and they told me there was lot of things wrong with my car but passed my car mot before even changing anything. He said my car would be ready in few hrs but made me wait 2 hrs at the garage and still it was not ready and told me to come back next day. When i told few other people they all said why did u go to them they will give u a big bill which they did. Would not be going there again and would not recommend anyone. Would not even give them 1 star.

I used j b autos for the first time today, they were very helpful and had no hesitation in explaining my vehicles problem in full, I was kept up to date and other garages telling me that they need my vehicle for 2-3 days, this autocentre returned my car back to me in excellent working order on the same day!! Great team

Saw these guys on Instagram and my brakes were due on Q7. I saved £100’s vs my usual garage and literally £1000’s vs main dealer. In my opinion, the work carried out was better than the main dealers. I would highly recommend to everyone!
