My experience was absolutely great ! I went to get some dollars with my sister as she is leaving for America. Josh was very friendly and smiley. He was quick and performed what we needed quickly. Definitely deserves a bonus !

I have considered at times that I would make a great spy as I thought I was unremarkable and forgettable. Visiting eurochange today shattered that illusion as Josh stated he remembered serving me before, even though that was at least 7 months ago. Josh is very friendly but not overly friendly like those people who get too personal and is very polite and efficient. Even when his shredder set off for no reason, he stared down that mild peril with a sense of humour. I will continue to use eurochange in the future. 5 stars for customer service and although I'd also like to give 0 stars for shattering my dreams he has probably saved my life as I am clearly remarkable and unforgettable. Thanks Josh, see you next time unless the shredder poltergeist gets you first

Josh was very nice! He asked about my trip from Canada and we had a great conversation! As well, I had accidentally left my bag there when I did the exchange and he informed security and put outside the store so I could grab it even when the store was closed! Great service!
