The customer service we have received in this business has been second to none. They looked at all of our requirements and we are so pleased with all of their thoughts and suggestions. The work carried out is of a superb standard and we couldn’t recommend the business and the owners more. I have fallen in love with my new multi fuel burner and can’t wait for winter!!! Anthony and his team are very knowledgeable and whilst at my property very well mannered and respected my home, including my very loud but friendly dog.Naomi very efficient with Admin and any questions.I’ve always wanted a stove and now I have a beautiful one in my home.Thank you

I purchased a fire and fireplace from them i must say they give excellent service. From start to finish they could not do enough for you.This lady and her team are fantastic.They go about and beyond for you as a customer.If there is something she does not know she will find out for you believe me she knows her stuff look forward to doing business with them again .Thanks alot for your service best i ever had including the fitters nice bunch of lads .I must say they leave your home like they found it clean and tidy x

Anthony and Naomi delivered and fantastic service from start to finish. We had a problem with the fire and they acted quickly, sorted it out and replaced it.We would recommend them to everyone as they are amazing!

Amazing experience buying from The Fireplace Studio. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole process from our first visit to the showroom, all the way to watching our living room get transformed with a stunning media wall and electric fire. Their service was excellent and the price we paid was considerably lower than what was quoted else where. Highly recommend!
