This little gem is a pure delight. The landlord and staff are legends and the frequenters are friendly and full of banter to make all feel warm and welcome. The choice of ales and lagers is good and if you feel peckish a range of snacks are available. A lovely pub loved by regulars.

What friendly hidden gem, 6 ales on and the 4 I had were all perfect. Friendly staff and the perfect host of a landlord. We will be frequenting this pub

Traditional pub with an excellent atmosphere, landlord and bar staff are very welcoming. Good selection of ales, as well as lagers. Unlike other bars, never had a bad pint here.

Traditional pub with proper, tasty beer at low low prices!! Delicious pints!!Friendly staff, great selection and cosy environment! Landlord came round for a chat which doesn't happen anywhere these days - can tell the man knows how to run a real pub!! Plus they have pickled eggs on the bar!! Can't rate highly enough!!
