Can't praise them highly enough. Very efficient service from first contact with Fiona in the office to James arriving bright and early to empty the septic tank. He was polite, helpful and worked quickly and efficiently - and I was very impressed at how skilfully he manoevred and huge lorry through my gates. I would have no hesitation in recommending them - and they are one of the few companies I contacted with a hose more than 60m in length.

I rang bj cesspool services yesterday with a cesspool problem, the cesspool was completely full and there were blockage problems in the pipework. Within an hour Fiona had arranged someone to jet out the pipework. They all arrived at 8.30 this morning with the cesspool emptied and problem solved by just after 9.00. Great service at a fair price. Fully recommended.

First time we have had our pit emptied since moving in a year ago...probably should have had it emptied sooner! BJ Cesspools were very helpful in moving appointments around and also gave useful advice to us. Emptied with no issues (although our cesspit is in an awkward corner of the garden...sorry Richard!)Will use again
