Newmedica Eye Health Clinic & Surgical Centre - Nottingham

From start to finish the staff at Nottingham Newmedica were very helpful and put me at ease. The Laser Surgery only took a few minutes and I had no pain. Couldn't believe that I could see clearly in a matter of minutes after having weeks of blurry vision.

My father recently had his second eye cataract corrected by Mr Mocachi. Every aspect of his care was excellent and 100% professional. Everyone at Newmedica was brilliant and left you feeling totally at ease. My father is almost sorry that all of his visits have now finished as he was so well looked after.Since his operation, his eye sight has improved tremendously and he is now able to do things that he thought was now just a distant memory. From a family point of view, we would always choose Newmedica for any work that needed doing to our eyes. Thank you.

I visited to this clinic on the 14/11/23 for YAG laser treatment to rectify cloudy post cataract problem. First impression, quiet location and ample parking. on entering was met by a friendly and efficient staff in a welcoming and comfortable room with real coffee on offer. The nurse who carried out the initial tests and the consultant who carried out the actual treatment went to great lengths to put me at ease and the whole procedure went smoothly, quickly and painlessly. The result was amazing and I highly recommend Newmedica to anyone seeking this procedure. Thank you to all concerned

I received Cataract surgery from this Surgical Centre, and they were great from the beginning. Even to the point where I still had questions five minutes before my surgery, they happily cancelled the appointment and allowed me to speak to the consultant a second time before going through with the surgery again. With no cost.The only thing I wish they had was a follow-up appointment after the surgery to make sure everything was okay. They do give a call the day after and tell you, you can call them any time if there are problems.But for me, I have huge call anxiety, and just for peace of mind, it would be nice to have a follow-up appointment around 30 days after to see if everything is how it should be.

I cannot praise the staff,the building or the equipment enough! The members of staff were superb from the receptionist through to the surgeon, they were kind,supportive and caring! The Laser treatment was painless,and it was an altogether almost pleasant experience. Well done all at Newmedica eye Clinic,Nottingham.Thank you.

I cannot praise Newmedica enough. I had a rather dense cataract and having had laser surgery some years ago the procedure was not entirely straightforward. From consultation through to the operation and the follow up everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with was professional, polite, caring and very genuine. I felt valued and even when I was becoming anxious during the procedure I always felt I was in safe hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Newmedica to anyone looking for excellence in eye care. My mum had a cataract operation at Newmedica in Nottingham. The service from start to finish was amazing, every member of staff were so kind and friendly and attentive, nothing was to much trouble and they put my mum at ease, they really looked after her and I am so grateful. Thank you so much for looking after my 76 year old mum. You all went above and beyond and i would recommend your fabulous service to everyone x

These guys are top notch, from my consultation all the way through to my cataract removal they were amazing, professional, extremely caring and reassuring, nothing was to much trouble, even the poor lady who hand I held onto through the procedure (cause I was a bit scared). I recently had YAG laser surgery on both my eyes at Nottingham Newmedica. The actual procedure is very quick and painless. I can't recommend them highly enough. All the staff were lovely which made the whole experience stress free. Thank you !!
