Lark Lane builders completely renovated our new home. The works included two extensions rear and side, two bathrooms, kitchen, new plumbing and heating system, all rooms plastered and a garage conversion into a garden room. Excellent levels of professionalism.

We have just had an extension built and they were fantastic. The work was excellent as well as their attitude. Even the neighbours commented on how hard working and polite they were. I’d definitely use them again and can highly recommend them.

Lark Lane Builders have just completed a loft conversion for us. Brilliant from start to finish Ceri in the office kept us up to date with start dates. And also helped us with advice regarding architecture drawings and issues we had with another company at the start.Craig was brilliant completing the works, kept us up to date with progress and talked us through anything we needed to know. He completed all aspects of the work himself which we thought was amazing, we didn’t have different people in and out of the house. The company as a whole went above and beyond, and definitely tolerated all our questions. Would recommend and would definitely use the company again if we needed to.

Had a full dorma loft conversion and it looks beautiful. Excellent workmanship we’re really happy with it. Would recommend. Will call them again if I need another job done!

Five star service and workmanship

Lark Lane Builders have just completed a great three room (two bedrooms and a bathroom) loft conversion for us. From the initial contact and meeting, Craig, Ceri and the team have been helpful, informative, knowledgable, collaborative and understanding. They provide really clear pricing and were a very competitive choice.On site, Craig and the team are really focused and work hard, and it’s clear they have a lot of skill and experience. We felt we could completely trust their judgement with our pretty old and at times ungracious house! They weren’t fazed by any challenges they found and have good attention to detail. They worked around our slightly chaotic house with good humour and kept things as tidy as possible, which we really appreciated. We had updates from Craig every day and he was very patient with any questions we had.We would highly recommend Lark Lane Builders (so much so they are coming back to do a job for us in the new year) and we are so thankful that such a big job felt so stress free for us.

Craig, Lucas & Jack have been brilliant throughout the project. From the inital meeting with Craig, going through the architectural drawings, quotation and start date, the process was smooth. They completed within the 12 week estimate, from foundations to kitchen fitting. He was extremely flexible when we had a delay in our kitchen delivery, and was acommodating to fit it when it did arrive. Craig and the lads are a friendly bunch and dead easy to chat with. We are extremely happy with the build, as were building control.We are going to miss them, well maybe not the 7:45 wake up calls each morning :)

Really professional and trustworthy. Excellent communication and stuck to the timeline, all whilst keeping the place clean and tidy.
