The City Fibre contractors phoned ahead and were in and out within the hour. Great service from the guys. A wee issue with an unconfigured router which was resolved within 10ins with the Brawband Team. Outstanding communication and service .

Amazing - Coming up to my 3rd year with ZERO Fibre issues, I`m impressed with the communications ,ive always been pre-informed about upcoming maintenance, so no nasty surprises.Also I cannot fault the customer service , on the times i`ve contacted them ( mostly just questions ) they have ALWAYS been helpful and informative.. 5 Stars from me , and here's to another, pain free, 3 years :)

Excellent service, great value. Definitely super fast. Fitting was efficient and staff friendly. Queries are dealt with really quickly, employees are well qualified and helpful. Fantastic service, definitely recommend
