We just ordered a continuous freezer and could not be happier with the machine and service. We kept in touch with Jonathon for 1-2 months until they had the right machine for us. He also consulted us about the usage and set-up of the machine. If you are moving into industrial machinery for the first time, I highly recommend them as they can provide with good information.
