Really liked the way they did eyebrows and always came here but to be honest.. its a but strange you pay £6 cash for eyebrows and £7 on card payment.. which I’m absolutely ok about.. but today was told if you want your eyebrows next time bring cash? No card payment.. i am absolutely fine paying cash at cash payment stalls shops etc but if you have a card reader there why am i expected to take out cash for this service I’m obviously already paying £1 extra to cover your card machine cost that they charge.. Just so you avoid your taxes ..

This salon is a complete rip off you go there and they tell you different prices than treatwell. Why advertise your prices on treatwell different to in person. I went there and they refused to do my hair as it was afro Caribbean hair they said if they do it they will charge me a extra 130 from what I paid on treatwell. They have bad customer service skills, so rude and unprofessional I would not recommend to anyone to visit that salon biggest regret don't waste your time because I wasted mine

The workplace welcomed me very energetically. A woman with long dark hair and glasses greeted me. She made the hair color I wanted and pulled it back. She was very friendly and positive, I was never bored during my procedures. thank you to her. I am sure you will be very satisfied.

Veryyyy BADThe people here don't know English at all it's very stupid I went for eyebrows and asked the lady to not thin it she still cut them and there were scars even which still have marks on my face... Went for facial and the lady upstairs just had just random diploma certificates and promotes injections but facials was sooo bad that it left my whole face with acne and it's been a month now but there's soooo many scars due. She even took out two fresh acnes which are not supposed to be touched which have also left hugeeeee marks on my face. My face was wayyy better before I went to them worst mistake I did

I did a walk in service on Sunday for eye lash extensions. The lady that done my eyelash put tape under my eye and after the treatment was done whiles removing the tape it was very painful . The eyelash on the other hand was horrible my eyes are still stinging and the lashes she done for me are not worth £80 . The lashes felt really hard like there was a lot of glue stuck to it. It’s Monday as I speak and I don’t have that much lashes left on my eyes. I’m very disappointed and will not recommend this place to get your lashes done !
