Our Megabus broke down while we were in our way to get the ferry to Amsterdam.James with Rickerby was the only service out of the 30+ companies we called who was able to rush to our location to pick us up.The service and professionalism of James was unmatched.10/10 would reccomend.

James provides a first class professional service. His fleet of cars are absolutely beautiful, we hired his Mercedes S class for my wife and Mercedes V class multi seater for the bridesmaids. James was always at the end of the phone to provide us with help and advice when required.James is a true gentleman and an expert at what he does!I fully recommend using this company 100% for your big day.James like i have said many times before, thanks very much, you are a superstar!!!

I can't give anything less than five stars as that was the service given from the start of the booking process to the time they picked my daughter and her friend up for their prom to the time they returned them home, The car was lovely ant it was immaculate and the driver was great, he put the girls at ease straight away and I have to say I wasn't the least bit worried about them, the prom started as soon as they seen the car ( and the chauffeur) they were that excited. A huge Thank you to all at Rickerby chauffeur cars on a well deserved 5 star service, I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

I have 2 weeks before departure by email all details clarified. On 25.08. a chauffeur from Rickerby waited for me when I got my ship on time. He took my suitcase from me, carried it to the car and stowed away.The Mercedes is an extraordinarily well maintained car.The driver is a nice and polite person.Since I still had some time, the driver made a short tour of Newcastle with me. He has told me interesting things.On time I arrived at the airport.I am very pleased with Rickerby because they offer high quality and clean cars and the drivers are reliable and nice.I will gladly book this service again.Norbert

Faultless service from start to finish. James was fantastic from the moment I made the initial enquiry to the day of my wedding. He went above and beyond checking out the new route in advance after a last minute instruction from the venue that we had to use an alternative entrance. He put me at ease and made sure everything ran smoothly on my wedding day. I cannot recommend Rickerby cars highly enough.

JAMES IS A LIFESAVER! Our bus broke down in the middle of nowhere and we were going to miss our ferry to Amsterdam. We called 30+ cab companies and nobody else even considered helping us. With the kind assistance of James I booked a Mercedes for my daughters wedding (04.09.17). Fantastic service provided by Rickerby Cars from start to finish. James helped us with a private car and 3 hour tour of Newcastle after we explained our mobility issues and the need for something not so strenuous. He was quick to help, asked after our interests to arrange things, and gave us options on both sites to see and timings so we were able to make choices that fit us perfectly.The day of the tour they were amazing. Everyone was in immediate and smooth contact and we were picked up at our time right on the dot and even ended the tour on the dot. Not a second of our time was wasted. Our tour guide was Fran who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and our driver was Steve who was just as friendly and full of personal anecdotes of the city. The whole tour showed us sites most others didn't see and was very personal and educational and just generally perfect!Thank you James, Fran, and Steve for making our trip to Newcastle truly memorable!
