Amin, the salesperson, is very knowledgeable and helpful. He directed us towards the right options for our house as well as telling us which carpet would suit which area best. Overall great choice of carpets and very friendly service. Highly recommended.

I’m so disappointed with my experience of carpet right I used them as they’re a well known company to I thought it would be smooth sailing. I had someone come out and measure and show me samples which was great I picked my flooring and a date was booked and I paid. It took ages to get the floor finally fitted and when it did get fitted I had two men who were very nice however not even a month or so later I started to notice problems. The vinyl I ordered which I was told was luxury which in my opinion would be good quality.. it is not it has ripped in multiple places there’s cuts everywhere not only this but it’s not been fitted properly it’s been cut terribly for a well known company I think it’s disgusting. My vinyl is coming up and just looks terrible it’s only been 8 months and already needs replacing. The carpet is lovely however in one of the bedrooms again it’s not been fitted and is coming up. When I contacted Welwyn for advice they sent out the fitter who told me it’s my fault about the cuts and it’s just general wear which is ridiculous the first cut was from pulling out my dinning chair. He then went on the say he could fix where the vinyl is coming up but never did. I felt uncomfortable to bring up the poor fitting and cutting of the vinyl to the person who made the error. I’m very disappointed in carpet right and will be encouraging people to avoid in future.

Was all going well, good choice of carpets and fitted when I have arranged. However, fitter broke our light fitting when taking carpets into bedroom and then Carpetright and the fitter both denied responsibility for the damage, leaving us to pay for the repairs. Tried to contact Carpetright to discuss and heard nothing. Very, very poor service. Avoid!

Amin was fantastic in helping us choose carpet, the knowledge and expertise was exactly what we needed! He was patient and helped us with all queries! Defo recommended!
