Beautiful, top quality mattresses and tatamis-- and great costumer service. We ordered a set of monk futon bed roll mattresses and folding tatamis to create two guest beds. From initial queries to sort out the appropriate combination, to the final delivery, Peter offered the best costumer care I have experienced from a furniture company. The order arrived on time and was delivered straight to our flat--absolutely no hassle. The tatamis are of extremely good quality. The make is beautiful and they fold away nicely into a carrier fabric bag. The mattresses are comfy and fresh, perfect for guests, and they roll into compact bundles that you can secure with the velcro straps provided.

What a find! In an age of click and collect or make your choice and see what arrives, it was a real pleasure to discover Futons247 on the web. We knew we were up against it trying to discover a full width double bed futon, that would pull out from the front and not require side or rear access - but they had not one but two to choose from. A quick phone call and we knew we'd found the right supplier - knowledgeable, professional and friendly and Peter organised to send fabric samples straight away (to be honest we didn't think we'd have such a choice). Love, love, love! I bought the Loft Living Tatami Set, and I can honestly say that I've never slept so well. Its been life-changing! High quality and comfortable, my back pain seems to have disappeared. I'm so happy I made the decision to purchase these as they are not only great-looking and very comfortable but also flexible. Single Monk Futon/Folding Tatami Mat/ Mattress ProtectorIt took me a year to finally take the plunge and buy an authentic futon mattress. Peter was extremely helpful and patient answering all of my questions and helping me to decide if futon Sleeping was for me. I did a lot of research into the huge variety and quality of futons on the market. I chose to go with Futons247 not only for the excellent customer service, but because I knew the mattress was made in line with UK fire regulations and was made with quality materials. I also purchased a folding tatami mat and mattress protector.Before placing my order I wanted to be sure that I could cope with sleeping on a much harder surface than the very soft mattress I had been sleeping on for the past 8 years. I decided to camp out for 3 nights on my yoga mat with some blankets on top to give some comfort. Amazingly I slept really well, in fact better than I had done in ages,so when my lovely Monk Futon and Tatami mat arrived it was pure luxury after the yoga mat. I was amazed at how light the futon is and how easy it is to roll up each morning. I look forward to bedtime every night now and I have been sleeping really well this past 2 weeks. The beautiful padded 100% cotton mattress protector arrived a few days later and has just augmented the sleeping experience beyond anything I could have imagined.I love sleeping on a totally natural product, I am sure that has also played a part in the quality of my sleep and how much easier it is for my body to regulate its temperature.The Tatami mat is great and the fresh smell does give a sense of calm and peace.As a new convert to futon sleeping I would highly recommend it and with such great products from Futons247 and Peter's knowledge and help it's a winning combo.

Brilliant personal attention to detail from Peter, although there were a few delivery issues from the courier company he was constantly in touch leaving me fully up to date with what was happening. The Innovations Sofa Bed is brilliant, well worth the wait on the lead time and I managed to assemble it all on my own - quite proud of that! It comes in two pieces as well so as we were putting it upstairs it was easy to move (obviously didn't do that bit on my own!) . Initially it looks scary, but step by step I really isn't that hard ... just take a deep breath when you attach the buttons :o) ...I would highly recommend Futons247 to anyone looking for a sofa bed or futon. I am not local to them (about 5 hours away), but found exactly what I wanted on line and got some very helpful advice and guidance from Peter before I placed my order. This gave me great confidence in ordering such a piece of furniture without actually seeing it in the flesh. As a futon novice, I was grateful to receive some great advice from Futons247 about the best futon mattress for my needs. Based on this, I ordered the traditional 8 layer, and the scandi base, and the whole process was straightforward and supported by Peter when I had any queries. The futon arrived in good time and on the promised delivery day, and I was kept up to date by the carrier.
