Norma is so lovely. She has a great SOH and puts you at ease. My lips were tanned and had lost all definition so wanted a bit of colour. we discussed colour and I knew I didn’t want bright red more of a natural pink so Norma mixed me up a colour and I trusted her. So glad I did. They looked amazing afterwards. Yes it can hurt a bit in some areas but it’s soon forgotten when you see the results. I was fully aware that it fades a good deal. But I was totally happy with the result.

I had dark lip neutralisation with Norma and completely ecstatic with the final result! I’ve had two sessions and each time Norma put me at ease and worked her magic. Very skilled and professional but also very personable. Highly recommend!
