Karl was excellent ! I emailed him about saving my pc and getting it all set up and he manage to within a few days restore it and provide wonderful value. I can only say thank you for your service and also for helping me save hundreds which i would have forked out for a new laptop. Highly recommended.

This is the 2nd time I have used PC Services Essex and once again fantastic service. This time it was my laptop and really pleased with work done. 11 October 2021.1st time used …From start to finish, very professional and I now have a working machine again in very good time. I would highly recommend this company for all your computer problems. Karl is honest and genuine and kept me updated whilst he was working on my laptop, he is also ethical when working on something, I can now use my lap top again thanks to Karl.

Unfortunately on this occasion the gentleman couldn’t help with the problem as the model of laptop I needed work on was a model of which it would need re-glueing. The gentleman was very helpful in his advice and honesty regarding the issue and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Thank you very much , 5* service
