I do not hesitate to highly recommend Mobile Techie who after taking my HP Envy23 computer home with him to work on returned it like new. He put in a new drive for me which no one before had suggested and I was having enumerable problems with it that never got solved. Now they have vanished into thin air and my computer is a pleasure to work on once again. Thank you Mobile Techie.

My PC conked out and I was faced with the expense of replacing it and the hassle of migrating all the data over to a new one. So I decided to give Mobile Techie a try. I expected a repair might take days or longer, but not at all - Neil collected the PC from me within half an hour of speaking to him on the phone. It turned out to be the power supply unit had failed and after replacing it Neil delivered the PC back to me within a day. Fantastic service – and at a very reasonable price. Resurrected my dead PC and it works better than before. I also took the advice to upgrade my hard drive and my PC is now brilliant. Great work. Reliable and prompt.I used Mobile Techie's services a few years ago. Needing some work on my current laptop I decided to ask Neil to quote again.I received a fair and competitive quote for the repairs, work and timescales. These were all met.Neil is very personable and happy to answer questions I had. My computer is running much better than before which saves me time. Importantly for me, my expectations were met because he outlined what would be needed and any potential hiccups that could delay things. Good communication is as important as the technical side.Very pleased.

Honesty, efficiency and great communication and competitively priced pretty much sums up my experience. I feel he is a bit of a perfectionist, goes above and beyond and the best part is the communication and honesty which is hard to find in any profession I find. I for one won’t be using anyone else if Neil can complete the task he will get the job.Cant recommend highly enough! Thanks again.
