We have had wonderful service installing our phone system and internet to bring us up to date with all the latest technology. It’s also great to have Niamh and Sandy at the end of the phone to answer any questions we have.

Phoneworcs have been supporting our business for just over two years now and their services has been faultless! They always deliver a first class service and go above expectations with rapid response times and excellent customer service. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else, when we moved premises and upgraded our services twice over the past 2 years, they mitigated any interference to our services, as they came into the office on evenings and weekends to ensure everything was up and running smoothly for us before we moved in. When we moved on the second occasion due to expansion all previous broadband lines were cancelled at no extra cost as new ones were set up. Such a brilliant company with 'extra mile' customer service. A mark of a good company is not how they deal with you when things go right, but how they deal with you when things go wrong. Sandy and his team pulled out all the stops to help us when we lost our internet. This wasn't just a little blip, it was massive. He visited us five times and even coordinated this with a visit from the Openreach engineer so they could work together on our issue, which was finally resolved. Not once did he lose patience or leave us not knowing what was happening. All the time, working behind the scenes and working hard with the internet company to get them to do the necessary checks. I would 100% recommend this company! If I could give 6 stars I would!
