I can't say enough great things about this hair salon! From the moment I walked in, I felt pampered and valued. The ambiance was relaxing, and the staff Oana and the girls was incredibly skilled and professional. They truly listened to what I wanted and delivered an exceptional result. My hair has never looked better! I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch service and style:)

Amazing experience! I've been a loyal customer for 3 years as they have never damaged my hair and I've always been extremely pleased with the result! The staff is very friendly and kind! I highly recommend!

Previously gave a great review if this salon as had two great experiences. The 3rd time the two lovely ladies that did my hair previously had left. Had two girls doing my hair. Spent 12!!!!!!! Hours in the chair. I paid 100 deposit and had another 120 to pay for a full head of highlights I left with butchered hair bleach left on so long it was breaking ( that’s when they washed it off although half of it was yet to be finished) I left paying another 70 and held back 50. I messaged the owner the following day with pictures and explaining my experience. She was abusive. She is off key. I asked for a full refund which was reasonable given the circumstances and the advice I was given after having my hair re cut. She then threatened to take me to court for the 70!!!! Pounds I short changed her. It was 50 actually! She said I still had the highlights and hair on my head and only English people have my mentality. She told me that my hair looked fine, she could see it when she looked back on the security camera!!! Not even an invite in for assessment. I have the messages on my phone still. Avoid this place.* Update Look at the response. I rest my case. A complaint about sub standard service and your hair being ruined and a bad review on Google does not amount to harrasment. Please feel free to take me to court for the 50 pounds I paid short. I too have the messages from you and the photographic evidence however you will not be hearing from me again as a consumer I am passing on my experience. It is a free country to do so.

This salon is absolutely amazing, Oana, the owner is so careful to greet all her clients and truly spend time with each and every one to make sure they are all getting the service they deserve. The other ladies working there are also highly skilled and really good to talk with if you have any hair concerns which was really reassuring, to say the least. Oana herself clearly has a broad experience from the way she handles her equipment and the care she puts into client’s hair, she doesn’t take shortcuts which is what made this experience ultimately very worthwhile and her prices are also very good for the area.The salon it’s self is spacious and looks to be newly renovated which I liked as it gave the whole place a sense of cleanliness and the person at the reception is helpful and he always helps you book an appointment at whatever time suited best for you. Best salon I’ve been to and I never plan on changing!

Really lovely and professional team, I'm very happy with my new hair. Went from dark brown to red which was a big change but they did an amazing job and kept my hair in great condition, thank you!

From the moment I entered the salon, I was welcomed so warmly. The detail they looked at my hair, studying my previous colour and explaining the best way to achieve my desired results was outstanding.Throughout the balayage process they used different techniques to compliment the different tones/strength of each strand, with while protecting the quality of my hair. Professional and knowledgeable!During my time in the salon, every single person in the salon made a point to personally check I was ok and if I needed anything - exceptional service and relaxing atmosphere.Now the main event, the colour… INSANE ! I have never had a blonde like this and I’ve been colouring blonde for 9 years, so beautiful and with a perfect cut. There is not a single bit, stand or section I don’t completely love. It’s flawless, perfection and I feel a million dollars for my 30th.Everything about the visit was a 10. Definitely don’t hesitate, go for a consultation and book in! I’m already excited for my next visit!

Amazing service, very kind and welcoming. They were very professional and exciting to be around. My hair turned out to be beautiful and so gorgeous.This place has really boosted my confidence.You would feel as if you are at home. Any questions or thoughts you have,they are happy to inform and help with any decisions you want to make. I felt more than welcomed and loved. My hair was in good hands and it was treated with care and professionally handled. i would definitely go there again. At first i had alot of doubt and i was very nervous but they calmed me down and they reassured me that everything will be okay. This whole experience has taught me to trust the process until the end. The final results have made me very happy and confident :) There is a clear difference between my before and after hair, i wouldve never even thought that it wouldve turned out this good.i definitely recommend x

Fabulous experience for many many years , Oana and her team are absolutely brilliant. Such a great service , always working together. I wouldn’t have anyone else to do my hair , colour and cut. She is the ultimate professional , and all I can say is WELL DONE , Oana and your entire team . The balayage results are absolutely amazing.
