Kate was absolutely fabulous from the first phonecall to walking out of the shop with the amazing dress she helped me pick. Just love bridal is amazing, certainly more than met my expectations. Kate made me feel really comfortable and made my wedding dress shopping a lovely experience. If your looking for a wedding dress, this is the only place you need to try. I had the best experience at Just Love Bridal! I went feeling a little deflated from my previous experience in another store and I expected the same, I couldn’t have been more wrong. Katie is incredibly warm and welcoming, I was instantly at ease. She was invested in helping me find “the” dress, at no point was there ever any pressure to buy or order the opposite was true, offering me the opportunity to think about it over the weekend (I didn’t need to).She had lots of useful advice not only with wedding dresses but was able to make recommendations for other elements of wedding planning.If you have come to the reviews as you are thinking of going to Just Love Bridal - make the appointment, you won’t regret it!!

Wow what an experience! Katie is the most lovely lady you could wish to meet. As a plus size bride I was so nervous and anxious about the process but I really didn't need to. From walking in to the shop to leaving it was the most wonderful experience. There are so many beautiful dresses and I feel so lucky to have found mine. Go and visit ladies you won't regret it xxx

I visited Katie last night with my mum, sister and bridesmaids. Straight from the very first contact with Katie, she was lovely and polite. Even when I had to change the time of my appointment due to my bridesmaids working hours. Right from walking through the door to exiting the door, Katie made us all feel at ease and there was no pressure put on me at all. I tried on various styles in the changing room, which a soft robe was used to cover modesty whilst changing, this made a huge difference as it doesn't make you feel uncomfortable at all with somebody else being in the changing room, helping you into dresses. Katie advised that if I didn't find anything today, she has new dresses in regularly and can send me a message if she found anything in the style / price range etc that I was after. After trying on several dresses, I put on the dress in which I could not stop staring at myself in, in the mirror. I felt like a bride and knew I had found the dress. Katie then helped with visuals by adding accessories and shoes so you can see more what the dress would look like on the day. I did not want to take the dress off. Alterations need to be made and Katie has given me a card for a lady in Mansfield who I have rung this morning and booked in with for these alterations. I would highly recommend Katies, Just Love Bridal, as I felt at ease, not pressured and her friendly, kind words really make a difference to the whole shopping experience. Went in with a style of dress in mind. Although there wasn't the exact style, tried on a couple and with a little imagination and help from Katie who has a great dress maker that she deals with that can do the alterations I want, I said yes to the dress. Lovely atmosphere with no pressure to buy. All the dresses are a great price.

Even before entering the store, Katie’s communication was great. We were able to arrange an appointment the day before. The store is beautiful and I can’t thank Katie enough for helping us find the perfect dress for my friend.We were on a tight schedule and needed something off the peg and she came to the rescue! She also gave some extra tips and advice which was much appreciated.Thank you for your warm and friendly service, I will definitely visit again ❤️ x

My sister found her wedding dress here.Shop is beautiful and selection of dresses is great.The owner is so lovely and made everyone feel welcome and unrushed and not pressured at all.Overall a great experience
