Caught the S1(12.05) at Betws y Coed today. Bus was on time and the driver was courteous and friendly. The bus was clean and fresh. The driver should be praised highly for his skill on these narrow local roads. Every bend and corner was taken with skill and forward planning. Even reversing to let another coach pass safely on a blind bend. We felt very safe with this driver. Well trained staff and fully knowledgeable on all journeys and prices. Please pass on our thanks to the driver.

This is the 5tg time .y partner and baby have been refused travel by the drivers as there were other pushchairs with toddlers not baby's and were not asked to fold them. It's disgraceful service.

Timetable shows buses run 6.35 then on the hour from caernarfon bus station to betws y coed S1, in reality the 7.35 bus doesn't arrive in caernarfon bus station till 740-745 it's a joke when you need to get to work

End of July, used their S1, S2, S3, S4 and S5 services. Very good service, mainly on time and every bus had publicity leaflets.The company also was very helpful by email trying to give me info regarding their S1 service which was of great help in planning my days there.

I have used Gwynfor Coaches for the past two years for the Menai Seafood Festival. I cannot fault them they are very helpful and go above and beyond what we needed, including providing extra coaches at no extra cost! Would highly recommend.

Great service.. all of them.. and the loveliest friendliest bus drivers ever.. so helpful and pleasant.. As is the lady who helped me out so much before we went on our trip with times and routes... We were the scousers trying to find the bus to dinorwig who asked all the questions.. 88 85 91 and S2.. All amazing... thanks so much for being a reliable service.. you make the diffrence to us non drivers...
