If I could give no stars I would.Receptionist absolutely useless and no respect for anybody.Gave all details of crime that took place everything on a plate i.e. doing your job.3 days later was told case closed,now lost £1200 because you did nothing.I will be taking this further including solicitors, social media,newspapers.Looking at all these reviews it's about time you done your job properly as that's what you are paid to do by the tax payer

You cannot get through to this police force ..can't even call them. Never known anything like it in my life. Under huge pressure from an ex partner and can't even speak or call a member of staff. Disgrace

Claires law 2009 prohibits the use of typed up documents as criminal records, using a typed up document as a criminal record check is fraud. From URN 20DY 0003646 10 TO URN 20DY 21873 21, wmpolice have used typed documents as criminal records checks for communications. PSD say they can't help.

WMP have showed innovation in broadcasting another Drink Drive Campaign Live Video event to raise awareness. What I liked about this one, how Fire and the Ambulance Service were also included. As a local guide, it's vital I draw attention to the work of WMP as visitors need to know they are safe.

Had a man knocking on my door late at night on 3 occasions asking the same questions. I live at home with a small child.I called 101 was told that an officer would be round the next day to take a statement. No one showed.no follow up, nothing!

Worst police in the world, this operation pirhana is ridiculous, West Midlands police openly discriminate against people with mental health, and also discriminate against ethnic minorities.We need to make a stand to this and constantly raise complaints to IPCC.PLEASE DON'T STAY QUIET! !

Never had a good experience with the WMP .Always letting me down. And discriminating against me. Despite the fact i have Autism, learning difficulties and extreme anxieties they always accuse me of being aggressive and make nasty comments about me. It hurts my feelings to the point i am scared of them
