Electric Ride on Cars

Very strange experience - I ordered a replacement charger for my son's electric toy car, they sent me a charger which was then found to be faulty (didn't charge the car) - so I sent it back.They then denied it was the charger they sent out to me and refused to refund me the £14.99! The person who I was in contact with (Javid) did not call me when I replied to their email asking for a call to discuss - Then I called them / him, he continued to claim the charger I returned is not the one I was sold so they wouldn't process the refund.I am not going to spend more time pursuing this, however I do feel I should leave this review to warn others.EDIT BASED ON BELOW RESPONSE: Not true, the above account is accurate and as explained via the phone, the wire on my old charger was physically broken and you acknowledged the charger I sent back was fully intact in this regard - anyway why would I bother over £14.99?!?So please go ahead and “report” away!Again to others, BEWARE OF USING THIS RETAILER.

Excellent product. The car has given our grand daughter loads of fun. The battery life is good, constructing the car was very straightforward and the finish is very good. It is also worth mentioning that the price was £15 cheaper than any other I found on the Web.

Got the ride on Q8 for my daughter for her birthday. Great car reasonable price. Had a slight issue with the on/off button sticking but a quick phone call and 1 was in the post. Great service 100% recommend.

Ordered my daughter the 12v White Audi Q8 and I think me and my partner were more excited to open the car than she was. Was so impressed with the snappy delivery and how well wrapped and easy the car was to assemble. The details on the car is just incredible, the lights, leather seat, badge/stickers, both doors open and the fact the car has a seat belt and MP3 player which comes with an aux cable so you can play music! The car has a parent handset so you can control the car with the child in it which is just amazing.It is honestly just brilliant! My daughter was so excited when she seen it on Xmas morning, most definitely was the wow factor when she walked in. The bonus on top was the fact we got an email On Xmas for free private reg plates for the car! So impressed with this car and company, honestly couldn’t recommend them enough!

My son absolutely loves his ride on car. When it arrived the remote didn't work but the customer service team responed quickly and sent out new parts the next day. Amazing service.

Very easy to set up and so happy with the product my son adores it.I also messaged. Few times on Insta and amazing customer service and very helpful staff. Would recommend to everyone.

Excellent Service and prompt delivery. Called with an enquiry regarding difficulty assembling the product and they had me in touch with a technician straight away who resolved my issue over the phone very promptly. Got the 12v Lamborghini Sian for my son and am very happy with all aspects including value for money. Recommend highly.
