U Drive plus - Driving School Coventry

I had my first lesson/assessment today.. I really liked the point to point noted feedback and plan of action approach by instructor (Jay). Definitely recommendable.

I also chose this driving school based on the numerous good reviews" but the driving school/ instructor was extremely unreliable. First they made me download the app with terrible UI. Then they booked lessons on my behalf without confirming with me (Didn't call

My instructor Jay was great..very friendly and supportive and made me feel at ease. Asked how I wanted to approach learning and made me feel very in control of how I wanted to improve and progress with my driving. Very happy so far and would highly recommend.

Excellent tuition, Jay is very patient and easy going - making the daunting process of learning to drive very relaxing, happy to answer any questions and take as much time as you need, highly recommend.

I must say that Jay is a really good instructor, however his skills get invalidated by his lack of time management and his lack of people’s time consideration.With that in mind just know that: yes, with Jay you will learn to drive but be aware that there will be a lot of very last minute cancellations, that might or might not be credited back to you, for reasons that will always pop out of the blue, so you will just have to accept it. With that being said, if you are indifferent to the timeline that it will take you to learn and you don’t have a daily schedule to follow, or you have a lot of spare time to be dedicated to waiting for Jay, you might just be fine.

Instructor Jay is really patient and relaxed with his teaching style and greatly reduces the stress for a beginner driver by putting you at ease. Best instructor I had so far and would highly recommend Jay to anyone looking for a low stress learning experience.
