Had to return some lagging that I ordered incorrectly. The exchange was so easy and the staff dealing with this return in the warehouse are so pleasant and helpful.

AVOID! £6.99 shipping - 6 days later the item has still not been delivered. This company is not worth your time. I have no idea how a business that is supposed to supply tradesmen can be this inconsistent. If you are in need of a product be sure to go somewhere more reliable such as Screwfix etc.
