Every time I visit this shop they are always happy and friendly They are always willing to help if you need something in particular They have a good range of stock I will continue to shop here and think they well deserve the 5 stars I have given them.

Weird place. Great experience.

Turned up 15 minutes early for a 16.30 booking. Entered the departure lounge to see a whiteboard with writing telling me to help myself to tea or coffee and an instructor will be with me.Around 45 minutes later someone finally came to see me and ask me what I was here to do. My voucher said 30minutes Alps experience but the pilot didn't really seem to know much about this one.Anyway after setting it up for me and a brief explanation of controls we took off and flew around the Alps then did a couple of landings.He explained to me that alot of buttons and functions on the simulator wasn't working anymore after a recent break-in. The simulator projection was a bit dull too.I can't say I enjoyed it that much to be honest so wouldn't recommend it.
