Nishti is amazing, very passionate and knowledgeable in her job. She was recommended to me and my partner by Dr Costa and we didn't doubt at all and contacted her straight away, knowing that she is a specialist who will help us out. Being first time parents to a baby with CMPA could be very challenging, especially when it comes to weaning and not getting much support from our GP. We had an amazing experience working with her throughout the whole time. Our baby is so happy now, enjoying food and I don't have to worry for any of the problems that she was experiencing ( like eczema, diarrhoea, reflux etc) before our consultations with Nishti. With no doubt we will contact her again in the future.I would highly recommend Nishti to anyone who is going through the same situation as us.

We were first introduced to Nishti when she became my sons dietician after being diagnosed type 1 diabetic, then shortly later, Coeliac.Nishtis words of comfort as well as wisdom helped make mine and my sons journey a lot better. Nishti supported my child after he was diagnosed with a life changing medical condition, this began some years ago and I have to say Nishti is still there for both my son and myself today. I contacted her recently and she provided me with valuable advice. Our daughter (12 months old) was really struggling and had been showing symptoms of a dairy allergy, but we were not really managing to progress a resolution through our GP. We were referred to Nishti by Dr Costa (our paediatric consultant who works closely with Nishti) and WOW…what a difference a couple of weeks can make.We have spent 2/3 weeks in constant contact, via Zoom and WhatsApp, with exchanges of daily meal photographs, new recipe ideas whilst obtaining a wealth of nutritional education, all in an informal approach which has slotted perfectly into family life….. we are both now missing our daily conversations!!Nishti is extremely passionate about her work and went above and beyond to give us all the tools, advice and information we needed to get our little girl happy and healthy again.We can’t thank you enough for all your kindness, great humour, help and support with getting our baby happy and enjoying her food again! I first found Nishti, when I was searching the internet looking for recipies at 2oclock in the morning, worrying about how I was going to ensure my little 13 month old boy was getting all of the nutrients he needed to grow, develop and thrive. He has CMPA, egg allergy and soya intolerance. I’ve previously had mixed opinions from healthcare professionals and as a healthcare professional myself I was desperate to work with someone who has the latest evidence based information, is passionate about the work they do and could help with the practical day to day aspects of having a child with allergies. Nishti fulfilled all of these needs, in addition she was kind and helpful throughout and focused not only on diet but the health and emotional wellbeing of the whole family, I couldn’t recommend Nishti highly enough. Nishti has been fantastic throughout the process to have my daughter diagnosed and treated for CMPA. She was sympathetic, understanding and unlike many medical professionals I had encountered previously, took my concerns seriously. We have been getting advice from Nishti for over 3 years now.From the very 1st phone call I could sense her enthusiasm for what she does. We have a more complicated problem than usual in having an autistic teenage son with huge weight problems who can not sometimes understand the need to control weight himself. However unlike other nutrition experts I approached, Nishti was even more excited and enthusiastic to take on our case once she learned of our situation.She has proven to be the correct choice and we can not recommend her highly enough. She is always ready and on hand with advice and nothing seems to much for her. She has got to know my son, through calls and video calls, and you can see she tries to put herself in my son’s position and constantly thinking what is best for him, both from a nutrition perspective and a good mental well-being point of view.Sometimes it’s when things are not going so well you can see how good someone really is. In those times Nishti has proven herself to be adaptive, flexible, knowledgeable, helpful and always ready to discuss and adapt. And when things have gone well she is still constantly focused on how to improve things further.

We were referred to Nishti by our consultant, Dr. Costa, as our baby suffers from persistent eczema. We worked with Nishti for two consecutive weeks, with daily Whatsapp interactions and three Zoom consultations. We are extremely happy with how Nishti has helped us and followed us closely - she has given us the knowledge and tools to be able to test for baby's allergies, and use the allergen ladders appropriately. We now feel that we have a plan in place for our baby, and we feel our baby has had the best possible care in terms of diagnosing her allergies and improving her diet while minimising her discomfort. What sets Nishti apart is her 2-weeks package approach. Often, you only see a consultant once, for max 1 hour at a time, and you are then left to implement any plans by yourself. Nishti instead follows you closely day to day so that plans can be adapted depending on baby's reaction. This is by far the best approach and is testament to her commitment and passion in her discipline. We wholeheartedly recommend Nishti to any parent who is suspecting an allergy in their baby - it is definitely worth investing in working with her!
