This review contains 2 separate reviews one which was done back in 2019 and more recently one done in February of 2022 which follows directly:Feb 2022 - Yet again Sam at TCS has come to my rescue. I own an all in one HP 27 inch PC which had been giving me major issues and blue screen for a period of time. I contacted Sam and delivered the ailing item and within 48 hours I collected the PC back and it now operates like new. All those frustrating niggles and blue screens are a distant memory. Well done Sam and many many thanks - it is good to know you are on hand to give your expertise - a job well done and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who want a repair done efficiently, and competitively priced and to be kept in the picture as the repair proceeds.November 2019 - I had a major issue with my PC which was beyond my knowledge. On contacting Sam and delivering my sick PC I was kept totally in the picture as to the progress of the repair. Sam tried a number of solutions in order not to have to do a total new install which from the outset seemed to be the only long term solution. The options available were clearly explained at each step of the repair and in the end I opted for a clean install. This was done with the minimum loss of my personal data along with my personal files - an excellent result for a very challenging repair. Well done Sam also many thanks for the final bill which to say the least was more than generous on your behalf taking into account the amount of time you had to spend on my repair. Highly recommend Sam for both his knowledge and customer service.

Made a phone call to them as I after giving my tower unit a dust out with compressed air. I had no display showing on either my graphics card or processor monitors. After talking me through 2 different processes on trying to resolve my issue, we both managed to fix my issue. Which had turnt out to be that during cleaning I had slightly knocked one of my RAM sticks. So it was a case of unplug and clean both socket and stick and reinsert and my issues where resolved.Thank you very m7ch for guidance just shows that experience is worth alot.

Fantastic service and help by Sam with my new computer 'Windows 11' . I have found it so different to my old one and he was so helpful and patient. These guys are fantastic. Sam and Taylor really helped us out of a bind with our email account and migrated everything seamlessly to Microsoft 365. They take the time to explain everything carefully and in a language that I understand (total techophobe). Customer service is top notch - they respond immediately and quick to sort any issues. Highly recommend these guys. So glad our email account is hosted with them now and will always go to them in a heartbeat with any other computer related needs.

Another happy customer! I was drawn to using TCS due to their multiple positive reviews so I am very happy to report that in this instance the google reviewing system really worked. Sam is ever so friendly and helpful, always taking care to explain everything and lay out the options I had to choose from. The diagnosis of the problem was fast, I was presented to affordable, practical solutions and at no point did I feel like the advice was anything other than what was best for me. The repair was carried out swiftly and I was kept informed at each step. Sam performed a number of nice after care touches such as removing any unnecessary software and cleaning the machine for me. The whole process took only took a few days and no I have what feels like a brand new laptop for the fraction of what it would have cost to replace it. Sam was very efficient, and charged a reasonable price for the work he had to do on our tower unit. Ordered the part required while checking it over and fitted it as soon as it arrived, checking it over to make sure it worked before bringing it back to us with no problems at all.

Had a very serious problem with my PC unable to boot up after a failed Windows update. Sam managed to resolve the problem with no data loss and in very quick time, keeping me updated throughout.Sam is a true professional and I cannot recommend him enough. Incredibly thankful that he's there.
