Lovely costume shop just by Portobello road. This shop has everything! A friend rented some costumes for our group for a Secret Cinema event and they had everything we needed--snazzy hats, steam punk goggles to sparkly coats. Tamar is lovely and so helpful. She got us what we needed and the returns was easy peasy. Would definitely come back for more costume needs!

We went to Costume Boutique to get kitted out for a Rocky Horror Show performance in Brighton,Tamar the owner is fantastic and kitted me out with the perfect Frank-N.Furter corset and accessories, Even in my size (6ft 1) !My wife also came away with a lovely vintage maid’s outfit for her Magenta look.Tamar was really helpful and has created some amazing outfits so the boutique is full of weird and wonderful costumes..we’ll definitely be using them again.

Amazing service! Tamara was very helpful throughout the all process! I came a couple of hours before the event and she found the perfect costume for my occasion! Very good value for the service you are going to receive at this rental!I’ll be definitely back to get my another costume!

This is an ABSOLUTE treasure find. One of those places you want to tell everyone about but at the same time keep it as your secret place. Tamar is wonderful and made the whole experience exceptional. I cannot recommend highly enough for those people who are serious about costume hire. I’ll be back for sure.

Tamar, Was extremely helpful in finding and sourcing me an outfit for a party. The theme for the party was Russian, So I went as a character from War and Peace. Costume Boutique is in a great location, Just off the Portobello Road easy to get to, its like walking into Aladins Cave ! Its unlikely Tamar wont have an outfit that will work for any theme. I will be sure to come back for every fancy dress party I need an outfit for!

It is always a pleasure to have a session with Tamar, rootling through her packed rails, shelves, and drawers, seeking out items and accessories, trying to assemble the best fitting / most fun / most appropriate outfit for whatever the occasion is. Old fashioned personal service quite unlike modern mall style shopping.

What a treasure trove! I called Tamar, explained what I was after and she said she may have just the right outfit - and it was total perfection. It was such fun trying on outfits but the one Tamar found initially was spot on. We rocked it at Abba and the comments were brilliant. I can't wait for the next fancy dress party.
