Vets Now Liverpool
We really appreciated the kindness and compassion of the vet who treated our dog. We were anxious about the dog, as well as about the cost, but she was reassuring and obviously chose the right treatment - the antisickness injection took effect very quickly and she is now well again.Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. We hope we don't have to use this service again, but would have full trust in those who work there if we did.

The staff were extremely helpful during the initial telephone conversation before attending the surgery during the early hours. The vet who tended to our dog was very helpful and showed sincerity whilst treating him. A discussion of tests that were necessary at that time was conducted including costings. Advice was provided in addition to the medication issued at the time. Yes it was expensive but what needed to be done was, coupled with liaison with our regular veterinary practice the following morning. Our dog was suffering from pancreatitis and with the attention provided by all of the vets involved he appears to have made a full recovery. Thank you.

The vet I saw late Saturday evening was very rude and abrupt. I had brought my dog in following a trauma and she made me feel awful that I didn’t have the money to pay for treatment and I took my dog home. I have now had my dog treated at another vets for a fraction of the price. I work in health care and understood the treatment that was being given to my dog which was why I refused to pay for an overnight stay. As the overprice was substantial. I will not be using Vets Now again. And I wouldn’t not recommend them in the future.

From the initial phone call right the way through to picking up Archie in the morning to take him for further treatment to our vets with the recommendation to get him referral to a specialist vet hospital asap! The knowledge and care you provided is outstanding and we can’t thank you enough.Dr Ruth the vet was the main carer for Archie, Scarily Archie had got hold of an Ariel washing pod the speedy response and investigation to a course of action contributed to saving his life! He’s still currently in a serious condition in the specialised vet hospital however he’s on the right track.Thank you forever gratefulArchieSuzie & Gary

I don’t know where these people get their prices from? £750 to collect a dog who is no better than he was when I dropped him off the previous night, another £300 at my own vet for them to do what I thought vets now were doing, strong pain killers given to a dog that was completely lethargic was just pointless and probably added to his problems, I’ll be looking into this more because it’s actually criminal, giving 1 star because I can’t give zero

Buddy was brought in from our own vets to stay the night. He was really poorly and presenting with sepsis. The vet Ruth was very knowledgeable and reassuring. She kept me updated on his blood results at 2 30 am as promised. Very hood service and although service cost £900 I only had to pay £250 as my insurance was being carried over from my own vets.

I came to Vets Now in Liverpool last night with my elderly cat, Gabriel, who had been taken very ill with a suspected stroke. Both the lady who greeted us at reception when we arrived - and the Vet who dealt with my cat - were so kind and welcoming and reassuring. Very sadly, my beautiful old cat had to be put to sleep, as he was fading very fast and we all agreed it was best to let him go. The Vet who we saw talked us through every stage, explained what was going to happen, and put Gabriel to sleep with great gentleness and dignity. I'm so grateful for such kindness and for such compassionate treatment for him. Thank you to all.

Really can't thank vets Now Liverpool enough for how they looked after our little pooch when she sudden took ill, from the process of contacting them to arriving at the clinic and the care she received, however our little pet didnt make it her body was just too little to fight.... They were so compassionate and sorted all the cremation plans out and dealt with our insurance direct so we didn't have to....then when we collected our furbaby they had written a sympathy card out for us too which was a lovely touch... Thank you x

If I could give zero stars I would. Our dog passed away and they made the ordeal 1000 times worse. Charged £127.50 holding fee which I am still waiting for a refund on. Rude, cold customer service staff. No communication between clinic, PDSA or customer service. I would never recommend or use ever again and will post this everywhere I can. Absolutely disgraceful.
