All Clean Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

I had the displeasure of dealing with this amateur company.Firstly the motor in the machine they used had blown which needed to be taken away and bought back.The wobbly employee was rather clumsy kicking into things and leaving two deep scratches into my wall.After the scratches and clean I advised the employee I will be given them 50% of the total amount which came to £40 and the remainder would be paid when they returned to fix the wall (the employee checked with his boss and confirmed this was ok) over the next few days the floors developed a heavy damp smell.I called the company and the person who identified himself as the owner said he will get back to us, they’ve ignored calls and messages to rectify this situation however once you’ve paid you are ignored.Avoid these joeys

I am so pleased with my carpet! It looks immaculate! Really happy with the service today the gentleman who came over was fantastic! I will definitely be calling back in the future. Also the prices are really good!

Used multiple times for my office and home did my sofas as well as the carpet own a big German shepherd and still managed to make the carpet like new. Do a perfect job for a reasonable price would recommend highly

We needed our carpet cleaned due to our son throwing up and ruining the carpet. It was difficult getting anybody in at such short notice but we fell lucky and found Michael who said he could come the next day.We had our carpets cleaned and were left with an amazing finish. The job was done very professionally and the carpet was left spotless and looking and smelling brand new.Very happy with the quality of service and would definitely recommend.

The carpets were left wet and soggy. They carpets are getting dirty when walk on it. After the cleaning I was told that the carpet will remain soggy for 2 days which is unacceptable. Never use them although they are cheap.

I required a clean of my upholstery and carpets in my home. Children and daily use had left marks that were difficult to remove. The team did a fantastic job and restored it back to new. Thanks again!

I'm a tenant and wanted my one bedroom carpet cleaned. I hadn't cleaned it since moving in and it probably never had been cleaned before. The carpet had also gotten abit smelly and grubby with dirt being treked in and my partner's dog.I found All Clean to be a responsive company. They came out the very next day to clean my carpet. I was probably a difficult customer in that I asked lot of questions. But they were happy to help answer those.The cleaner was professional and friendly. He arrived on time, early even. He was happy to explain what he was doing as he was doing it. He made sure I was happy with the clean and even went over parts again that I had asked him to without complaint. Managed to lift a stain I was concerned about.Showed me all of the dirty water that came out at the end. Carpet was left smelling fresh and looking clean.The only thing I would say is that I wish the cleaner had spent abit longer on the carpet. I was expecting it to take an hour but he was done in about 30 minutes. The actual cleaning of the carpet only took around 15 minutes. But this may have been due to it being a medium sized room.
