Trimar couldn't have been more helpful when I enquired about purchasing a blue tongue skink. Not only did they post the entire setup to the Isles of Scilly for me, they also held the skink until I could leave the islands to collect him. Absolutely brilliant service, couldn't fault them. Thank you very much.

Stumbled across this place while on my travels, I'm flabbergasted. When I searched Google for aquatic stores I found nothing about it so it was a very pleasant surprise to find and they had some stunning fish in stock, far more on offer than any of my local fish stores. Felt like a kid in a sweetshop

Completely and utterly disappointed with this pet fish shop, I went in to get advice and information on starting up. But instead I got terrible advice as is apparent now, they just wanted my money. I can't believe that this shop is even up and running, I should have taken that 1 star review and gone somewhere else! I ended up landed with infected fish that killed off everything in my tanks, and left me with nothing but an empty bank card, and a broken heart.My children were endlessly tormented by their pets dropping dead (so to speak) on a daily basis, I had them crying every day, this terrible experience has completely traumatised them. Please stay away from this shop, don't go here even for fish food. if you want a good shop, please head to totally tropical, the fish are super healthy, and the owner goes above and beyond to make the customer happy.

Great fish shop. I have ordered online from them several times over the years and have never had any issues. Very helpful and quick to respond. Usually have a wide range of stock available and are always willing to try and get hold of stuff that they don't currently have in stock if you ask them too, which is something few shops are willing to do these days.

I have recently started exploring the world of reptiles and have recently brought a few snakes and a spider form here and I have always been so happy with the service and the quality of animals I have received! I get all the food and bedding for my animals there and I will never go elsewhere! Thank you so much!

Absolutely brilliant, fabulous fish, and the guys were really helpful making sure my fish were well packed for the long journey to Essex.They are now settled into their new home.Customer service at its finest.

Sold my friend a parrot fish today, claiming it only had slight rips in it’s fins from being attacked by the other fish in the tank. All of its fins have white spot, which was denied at the time and it also looks like it could have hole in the head disease. I had similar issues a couple of years ago and that was the last time I went back there. May not be the case with all the fish they stock but be warned and take someone who knows their stuff with you if you aren’t familiar with keeping fish.In response I’ve added some photos as proof. The new parrot is almost twice the size of the other one and was in fact being the dominant attacker in the tank. Obviously that can’t be helped, you don’t know how they’ll take to a new tank/tank mates but white spot and that many rips doesn’t develop in a twenty minute car journey.

we bought a corn snake from them a while back we had it for about a week before it passed due to a stomach issue, when we brought it back because we went to go get another snake they took the price we paid for it off the other snake so ended up only having to pay £20. we got there every 1-2 months to buy rats and mice. always friendly staff and the dogs are amazing as well. 5/5 would highly recommend.
