I am very pleased with James's services. During my short holidays I was receiving daily reports including the photos of my animals and short description of the activities of the pet sitter. It was appreciated that Petpals were staying in constant touch and there was no problem with providing additional instructions when needed. My cats looked content and well looked after, their environment was kept clean and the food bowls were always full. I could also see at the pictures that my female cat enjoyed being stroked and petted by James. It is very likely that I use Petpals servies in the future, they are reliable, trustworthy and hard working people.

I was recommended Pet Pals Crawley by my mum, who looked after her cats previously.James looked after my two boy Guinea pigs. While away for four days, I knew my guinea pigs were in great care, with Pet Pals Crawley. I did not have to worry about anything. I liked the daily updates and pictures of my boys. The guinea pigs had quite complex needs due to medications, all I had to do was explain and show everything and James was more than happy to sort it. A friendly and reliable service. Would recommend Pet Pals Crawley to anyone. Thanks again!

This was such a good find!! I get really anxious leaving my 2 kitty cats but James made me feel at ease! I loved the reports I got and that I received pictures everyday of them!I can’t recommend enough! Will be using petpals Crawley whenever we go away now!! We got home and our cats were very content and happy! No signs of distress while we had been away! Very very happy!!!

It was more than we expected. The best pet sitting service I have experienced. My little rebels were looked after daily and having a daily update was definitely amazing!!!!!! It made me not miss them as much.

Fantastic service, that I would highly recommend! James is exceptionally knowledge, caring and compassionate and we couldn’t ask for a better dog walker. The service is professional and organised and we love the daily emails and photos we get - allowing us a snap shot of what our dog has been up to for the day. James conducted a detailed home assessment before taking our dog for the first time and was careful introducing new dogs - being very mindful of their wants and needs. We are fairly sure our dog loves James more than us which is evident when he arrives to take him out for a walk.Couldn’t recommend PetPals Crawley highly enough

Pet pals are a lovely company. I went away for a week and was undecided weather to put my cats in a cattery. I phoned pet pals which I found online and they said its best to keep them at home and for someone to check on them everyday which they did. I got emails everyday with a description of what they did and photos so I could see they were ok. Would definitely recommend this company.

It was very reassuring to know that my 2 Labrador dogs would be looked after, fed and exercised for me when I had to be out for the day last weekend. Thank you James
