had a new set of brakes fitted a couple of weeks ago, very fast turnaround, which was fantastic, returned Monday as brakes squeaking, turned out to be an issue with my handbrake, but they resolved the issue and didn't even charge as only cleaned them out and loosened them. Fantastic customer service

These guys are fantastic. Cannot recommend enough! Saved the day and repaired our punctured tyre last minute within the hour. Because of them we made it to the birthday weekend away I had planned for my husband. Great service, friendly and we will be back for any and all tyre needs in future. Brilliant service.

Called in here to get new battery for my van. Was blown away by the warm welcome and fantastic customer service. These guys are old school awesome! Quite a long wait at my last visit due to shortage of staff. Always friendly greeting at counter. I rang in advance as I new tyre choice and they ensured next day fitting. Price acceptable along with free tracking check.

Yes, the site is basic. Even a bit rough. As is the reception. A million miles from that of a glossy main dealership. BUT these guys really know what they are doing. Their expertise and efficiency puts dealerships to shame.....they undercut on prices and blow everyone else away with efficiency and professionalism. Every single time i have gone here i've been mightily impressed. A good old fashioned service

I had a completely flat tyre rang up and got straight through to reception the woman was very kind and helpful had someone come out to me within half an hour. The man who fit the tyre did a great job and was very helpful. Defiently recommend.

The service and staff at Charlett Tyres are second to none. I’ve been using them for more years than I can remember, service always brilliant and friendly. I always go out of my way to use them, in my opinion the best in Oxfordshire by a country mile.
