As a newbie to woodturning, pen tools has been fantastic. You can get some of the items cheaper on line but the advantage of wide range of stock and helpful friendly staff I am willing to pay the difference.Great place if you need tools and they sell used too which can save some money and avoid it going to landfill.All-round brilliant shop.
