Cardiff Bay Kayaking

Amazing experience, Steve made sure we enjoyed the whole time, super attentive and nice, showed us around the river taff and the bay in Cardiff. If you want to do something different and have a great time you should definitely try this.Thank you Steve, we had an amazing time, you should also be super proud of your barista skills, such a nice coffee before the adventure!

A friend recommended Cardiff Bay Kayaking and I was keen to try something new. I was a bit worried as I have never done kayaking before and I wasn’t sure I was fit enough and able to do it. I needn’t have worried as Steve is excellent. He teaches everything in a really easy to understand way and the kayaking is completely at your own pace. I loved the whole experience and will definitely be booking again!

I had a brilliant time kayaking with Stephen. He had great kayaks for us to use and he took us along a fantastic route past the Millennium Stadium. He's a genuinely lovely person. Will definitely be booking to go with him again.

I recently went on a kayaking tour with Cardiff Kayaking and had an amazing experience. Steve, our guide, was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the trip a lot of fun. He gave us a thorough safety briefing before we set out on the water and was always on hand to offer advice and encouragement.The kayaking tour itself was absolutely beautiful. We paddled along the River Taff and got to see some stunning views of the city from the water. Steve was able to point out some of the landmarks and give us some interesting information about the area, which made the tour even more enjoyable.What really stood out to me about the tour was Steve's passion for kayaking and his dedication to making sure everyone had a great time. He was patient with those of us who were new to kayaking and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe throughout the trip.Overall, I would highly recommend Cardiff Kayaking and Steve as a guide. If you're looking for a fun and unique way to explore the city, this is definitely the way to do it!

Absolutely loved my trip round the bay and up to the stadium with Steve.It's a really good setup from top to toe. Huge amounts of the right kit with plenty of sizes so I was in good fitting gear. The kayak felt really easy to use even though I'd never used one before. Steve himself is a natural tour guide and teacher and clearly knows both the history and the wildlife of the area well.Highlights included following multiple kingfishers up the river and paddling under the pier!

Amazing kayaking experience! The Cardiff Bay tour is beautiful; I had no idea the bay has so much unique history which Steve is really informed about. All the equipment and kayaks were excellent, and Steve is a really patient instructor, great for beginners too. A great way to see the city in a new light, and spend the afternoon in the outdoors, 100% recommend!

What a fantastic day we had thanks to Steve! We enjoyed our kayaking session immensely. Steve is a guy who values customer service a lot and who ensured a great session with top-notch safety measures, which meant we were relaxed and at ease throughout our journey up and down the River Taff. While paddling, Steve told us about Cardiff Bay and its history, pointed out some of the great wildlife on the riverbank which was combined with intense and fun paddling and our session was much more than we could have ever imagined. Can't recommend this activity enough. Great value for money and with an amazing instructor with a passion for watersports, can't wait to go back to Cardiff and do it again.
