Called this morning with regards a possible wasp or bee problem, Paul could offer several appointments for the same day to come and investigate.Paul phoned ahead to confirm arrival time and Paul and Gina arrived exactly to the time they said.Paul examined the situation and ascertained that it was wasps, even though access to the area was difficult Paul and Gina promptly placed ladders up and Paul dealt with the wasps even though it was a rainy day.Very professional service and value for money.Mark

I called Paul this afternoon with a wasp nest problem in my loft.He explained that he could call round and remedy the situation within the next 45 minutes. True to his word he arrived and immediately set about powdering the entrance to the nest to resolve the issue. Albeit it was pouring with rain, he had no hesitation climbing onto the roof to access the nest entrance.Due to the rain, he advised that if there were still any wasps appearing in a couple of days, he would return at no cost. Excellent value and totally professional. I would certainly recommend his services.
