Warm and welcoming receptionists, every vet we have seen with our cats has explained what treatment was needed, explained why it was needed and how it would work. Nothing is to much trouble for them. Any concerns I have I know I can call them and a Vet or Nurse is available to speak to me on the phone to talk through m concerns and let me know if my cats need an appointment.Would highly recommend.

Clean, friendly and informative. Reception staff are helpful and friendly and the vet equally so, explaining all steps of treatment. Very happy all round.

Lovely staff, friendly and welcoming. James listened to my concerns, agreed that what I thought was probably on the right lines. He explained the difference between the terminology used and what the best course of action was for my cat, possible side effects and what to do if these happened.We usually attend the Chirk branch but there was no problem fitting us in for an appointment while Chirk is closed.
