Just got Robert in Swindon to open a Upvc multilock front door that was locked shut and the gearbox broken, and then replace the gearbox and euro lock. Really pleased. Came after 1 hour as they agreed on the phone (I wasn';t locked out), which is especially good during the Virus situation. I had tried myself so I know not an easy job, but he got the door open and the parts replaced really efficiently and he even adjusted the hinges as the door had dropped a little which probably caused the issue in the first place. Job done really well.He had all the replacement gearbox and lock parts already with him on the van and offered a choice of locks, so no need to order in.Overall really pleased would recommend.

Very happy with the service, second time I have used them. A bit pricy, but a very good job, very neatly done. The locksmith was courteous and helpful . Would use again.

Arrived when they said (20-30 minutes) and fixed the problem a few minutes after. Then proceeded to see what could be done there and then to prevent reoccurence and what the longer term solutions were. Couldn't ask for me really. Accepts cash, cheque or card.

A quick response. Turned up when they said they would and efficiently and quickly replaced my broken lock mechanism after showing me the fault.
