I had an amazing sirloin steak a few weeks back, cooked to perfection. It was charred on the outside and pink on the inside and perfectly rested before being served ☺️ I have shamelessly copied their technique of covering the steak on mayonnaise and it works everytime.

Stephen and his team are amazing. They came and catered for mine and my brothers' birthday weekend - burgers on the first day, pizzas on the second and everything was delicious! They're a great laugh too :) deffo recommend!x
